For the full bridge inverter circuit i planned to use IRF2807 (75V Vds, 82A Ids) and Two IR2110 for the driver. I never use IR2110 before and failed many time when i want to make a H-Bridge for DC motor last year. Hopefully after asking you guys i can get enlightenment for my final year project.
It features independent high-side and low-side output channels, making it ideal for driving the gates of power transistors in half-bridge and full-bridge configurations. The IR2110 provides level shifting and isolation, ensuring efficient and reliable switching in power electronics applications.
This circuit is a power regulation and control system that uses an LM393 comparator to monitor voltage levels and control a MOSFET (IRFZ44N) for switching. It is powered by a 12V battery and a USB power source, and includes various resistors and capacitors for filtering and stabilization. The IR2110 is available in a 14-pin package.
International rectifiers IR2110 MOSFET driver can be used as a high side and low side MOSFET driver. It has a floating circuit to handle to bootstrap operation. IR2210 can withstand voltage up to 500v (offset voltage). Its output pins can provide peak current up to 2 amperes. It can also be used as an IGBT driver.
The internal functional structure of the driver chip IR2110 is made up of three primary parts: level shifting, logic input, and output protection. The various advantages of the IR2110 driver chip are the reason why the system circuit construction and design component can avoid many problems.
